To our contributing artists.

As we slowly emerge from a year of closure, your generosity is paramount.  All donating artists will automatically receive access to the online bidding page to watch or join the bidding fun!  You'll receive a link via text and email when it opens for preview August 1.  Here are a few ways you can participate in the virtual event:

Join us for the Friday night virtual Cocktail Party:   put on your fancy clothes or fun accessories and for our zoom cocktail party.  You can pop in, wave, say hi. Or just hang out and watch. 

Watch the live streaming auction:  we will send the link via text and email before the event.           

Attend a viewing party or host a viewing party:  we are inviting auction participants to gather with friends, as is appropriate and safe for the current CDC and Government issued guidelines, for the live streaming auction.  We will contact you if there is one in your area to see if you'd like to attend.

Participate in the bidding:  all donating artist will receive a link to the online bidding in case you want to bid or just want to look. That link will come to you in text and email when the preview opens.
